How to show Any Picture, play any audio and video or open any files on your PC when your pc is starting or Shutting Down?

1. Go to run (Windows key + r)

2. Type gpedit.msc

3. select windows setting

4. open scripts (startup/shutdown)

5. open startup(If you want to keep on starting windows)

6. open shutdown(If you want to keep on shutdown windows)

7. click on add

8. click on browse and select your file(anything which your PC will support this)

9. Open

10.Click ok

11. Apply

12. ok
